It is such a privilege for me to write this letter of recommendation for Scarlett Kier. I have known Scarlett for almost ten years. I first knew her socially as a member of the same book club. However, most of my experience with Scarlett pertains to her in the professional capacity as our realtor. My husband and I relied on her expertise and experience on four different home buying and selling occasions. She was our realtor when we bought our first home and when we sold it four years later. Very satisfied, we naturally sought out her talent when buying our second home and then again when selling this home two years later. With the sale of our second home, the proceeds were transferred to purchase another home out of state. We discovered quickly how much more complicated this type of transaction could be with multiple realtors, loan companies, and the situational factors involved. We also became more keenly aware of how efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, prompt and professional Scarlett is. She did not take for granted (even after all the years she has been in the business) our emotion, stress, and sometimes ignorance of the process. She was able to be reassuring when things got a little crazy and was always available by phone, text, or email. Scarlett was also there to help sell my parents' home of 23 years. It was not an easy move for them since they loved their home; however, it was too much for them to take care of as they continued to age. Scarlett delicately and skillfully helped my parents through that difficult process and in the end they also were very satisfied with her work. In closing, my husband and I can unconditionally say that Scarlett is an excellent realtor and, more importantly, a genuinely caring person. Even though years of success and experience qualify her above and beyond, it is her kindness and care of her clients that makes her shine.
